2. Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification. HERO reviews new content and significant site changes, addresses reported barriers, and may update this statement as the website or relevant guidance changes.
3. Third-party content
The site links to WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party and has its own accessibility features and limitations. HERO does not control that external service. If WhatsApp prevents you from contacting HERO, report the problem and request a reasonable alternative.
